Product Description & Applications

Target Application: This controller is specifically designed for the automated operation of machine tool doors.

System Type: It is a DC brushless controller that utilizes full closed-loop space vector PWM control to manage motor movement.

Physical Profile: The unit is compact, with dimensions of 261 x 64 x 41 mm (LxWxH).

Key Features

One-Key Debugging: The system includes a simplified “A-c” self-learning function that automatically measures door travel and identifies the motor’s initial angle.

Comprehensive Control Interface: A digital keypad allows users to switch between modes, monitor real-time data (speed and current), and modify function parameters.

Multi-Level Operational Curves:

Opening (O) and Closing © Groups: Supports four distinct speed levels (Lv1–Lv4) with customizable settings for acceleration, deceleration, “jerk” (smoothness), and cushion distances.

Configurable I/O:

Inputs: Supports external signals for open/close commands, limit switches, and safety/fire link inputs.

Relay Outputs: Includes three relays that can be programmed for 15 different functions, such as signaling when the door is fully open/closed or indicating a controller fault.

Real-Time Monitoring (N Parameters): Tracks technical data including DC bus voltage, current encoder position, total run time, and door cycle counts (up to millions of cycles).

Precision and Reliability: The use of shielded encoder cables and closed-loop control ensures precise door positioning and prevents “runaway” motors during operation.

Safety Protections:

Anti-Pinch Logic: Includes programmable “dead zones” and stall detection times to prevent injury or equipment damage.

Environmental & Electrical Guarding: Features induced lightning surge protection and motor thermal protection (via DI6 or DI5).

Advanced Diagnostics: The controller stores the latest four faults (e.g., E-01 for overcurrent, E-02 for encoder failure) to facilitate rapid troubleshooting.

Stability: Includes built-in protection against overvoltage, undervoltage, motor stalling, and reverse rotation.
